We all hope for a group of good friends to journey with through life. It doesn’t matter who you are, how much baggage you think you have or if you haven’t yet found faith, if you choose to join us on the exciting adventure of knowing and experiencing the transforming love and truth of Jesus, you will be loved and accepted into our diverse family here at St Hugh’s. So, why not join us at one of our services: 9am – 11am – or see the Services page for more details of our evening services. We look forward to meeting you.

A LOVING , TRANSFORMING, COMMUNITY

Building a Church for the Next 50 Years!

In 1959 St Hugh’s church was planted and we met at 44 Browning Road. The church grew significantly so we began to use Halyard School hall for services. In 1961 the space we now use for our church hall was dedicated as the new church. The Lord continued to bless the church, and we soon needed a much larger building. So, on 13th June 1967 we moved into our present church building. That was now 50 years ago – our needs and the needs of our community have changed significantly during that time, and we are now again at the stage where our buildings are not adequate for the mission and ministry of the church.

We want to engage our whole church community in building a church for the next 50 years! We would love your thoughts and feedback. We have tried to keep the survey short and really value the time you spend completing it.

You can find it here.  Please complete your entry by 28th February, 2017.
